What does the warranty cover?
Our limited warranty covers all mechanical failures such as broken clips, snaps and ties and all structural failures such broken seams and stitch work for the lifetime of the product.
What does it not cover?
We do not cover aesthetic damage such stains, rips, tears, burns, or theft. Aesthetic damage is defined as damage caused exclusively by the owner of the product, with no mechanical or structural failure.
What is the Period of coverage?
Our warranty covers the original registrar for the life of the product. As long as you bought it from us, have a copy of your receipt or registered your warranty upon purchase, you are covered. We do not cover products that have been resold.
What will we do to fix mechanical or structural failures?
We will fix all mechanical or structural failures to the best of our ability. If we are unable to fix the issue we will replace the product free of charge. In some circumstances where replacement is necessary but the original product has been discontinued, we may substitute the original product for a comparable product from our current collection.
How do you get the service?
Simply register your purchase on the warranty form including the order number that was on the box when received or from the receipt. We recommend hanging onto your receipt but it is not necessary if you registered the warranty at the time of purchase or receiving your item as a gift. Contact us and ship us the repair we will repair it and return it as soon as possible.
I don't have a warranty issue, I just want to return the item.
We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to exchange or refund a product. We offer a limited lifetime warranty on our products. For non-warranty returns, it should be unused, and in original, undamaged packaging. We will refund the price of the item to the purchaser, or exchange the product if an exchange has been requested, once it is received by us.
Please consider that you have a duty of care for the products during the cancellation period. Where a refund is requested, goods will be refunded within 7 days of safe receipt, unless otherwise instructed by The Perfect Haircare. None of the above conditions affect your statutory rights when goods are faulty, or not as described.
