Love the towels

This Cheeta print is my 2nd Perfect Hair Towel I have purchased. I like having 2 so I can rotate them. The customer service is wonderful. I ordered the set of the towel and 2 hair scrunchies. Unfortunately, the scrunchies were left out of my order. I emailed the company telling them this. Within a day I had a response directly from Tony, one of the owners, and my scrunchie towels were put in the mail the following Monday. I received them by Friday. They are the perfect size for scrunching out excess water and helping to set your curl pattern when you do the scrunch and pulse motion. And the hair towel stays where you put it. It doesn't fall off or get wonky when it is on your head. The loop and tightener at the back is genius. And it is not heavy at all. It will, however, dry your hair fast when it is wrapped up. I find myself having to rewet my hair to apply my product. But that is not a bad thing, just a thing it does. I definitely recommend purchasing one of these sets if you want to take good care of your hair, especially if you have any kind of curly hair, they are extremely gentle on your hair. Overall, I am pleased with my purchase.

Wonderful Customer Service!

When USPS said they delivered my package, it never turned up. I waited a few days hoping it would pop up but nothing came. I contacted The Perfect Haircare telling them what happened and they sent me a replacement one! I have only tried the towel once so I'm still getting used to it, but it is incredibly soft and nice and large. I am excited to get familiar with it! Thank you so much!
