Great for thin hair strands, but need something more durable for medium to coarse thickness hair. Felt like it was gonna break, couldnt even finish brushing a section of my hair.
I was more interested in the towel than the hair brush, but the previous reviewer convinced me to try the brush too. I have two different wet brushes and have yet to feel comfortable brushing my hair [even when wet]. My hair is VERY fine, prone to breakage and to natural dreadlocks-like knots. My dried-out hair, without products, kind of separates and form a fluffy mass akin to cotton candy. Even if my hair ranges from 3a in the nape of my neck, 3b the majority of it, and 3c around my face when styled, when I don't use products you can see how thin and soft it is to the point that you almost don't feel it when touching it or in your head. Because of this, my hair gets knotted very easily and it always hurt to brush the knots out, but not with this brush! Is sooo good! For the first time ever I brushed my hair and didn't feel it pulling my scalp or listened to the snap! sound of hair breakages. Don't get me wrong, I take care of my hair, but my type of hair always break. I just cut my hair to keep it healthy, I hope that in around 3 months when it starts to grow out I get to notice less destroyed ends.
I have a long fine wavy curly hair are use this every day -wet hair or dry hair. I like it so much I bought one for my granddaughter who has fine curly hair. It’s better than the wet brush and Tangle teezer in my personal opinion. Highly recommend! Gets through everything and doesn’t pull your hair out.
