I finally bit the bullet to buy the towel wrap with two of the microfiber scrunchies to separate my hair after showering and place under the towel wrap (since it's more manageable that way). I accidentally coincidentally fell asleep that night right after my shower, even though I blow dry my hair after showers once my hair is no longer dripping wet. I woke up the next morning realizing I fell asleep, and my hair was not as wet as I would have expected it to be; I was impressed and even more impressed after I was able to blow dry my hair with my average quality blow dryer and my hair was completely dry / not sticky nor strange in any other way that usually happens when I don't blow dry immediately. I've seen some people comment the microfiber scrunchies are particularly heavy and I personally didn't think so, I mean they are definitely not as light as a regular skinny satin scrunchy, but I would say it didn't weigh on my hair to the point it occurred to me as a point of complaint if you tie it enough times to secure your hair which, is something I would expect most people do anyway(?) I will say it made sense how amazingly damp the microfiber towel and scrunchies were, so I did and will continue to blow dry them after I use them, as to prevent mold / mildew just in case. It took me about 10 minutes I would say (or it felt like it) to have the towel wrap and two scrunchies bone dry. I bought a towel wrap with 2 scrunchies for daily showers and another towel wrap with 2 scrunchies for after swimming (since two separate sets is more hygienic). The only thing I do wish is that there was more variety of solid colors, since I'm not the hugest fan of patterns nor any of the solid colors available; the colors at least on my screen was similar enough to how it looked online so that part was fine. Also it doesn't feel tightly secure to me when twisting and pulling the drawstring for the towel wrap as shown in the youtube video on how to use this towel, even though in reality it is really secure (which I suppose is the most important part, that it actually is secure). It fits inside all of my hair which is a lot and I think even if you have a lot of and extremely Rapunzel-level long hair, it can still fit in everything under the towel, it would just take more effort and care for it to do so. Also most importantly, unlike other microfiber towels, this did not frizz my hair, at all! If anything, it seemed to defrizz my hair than what it usually is. While it seems most of these sorts of products are mostly targeted / geared towards women, I would recommend this as a gift to any man for himself who has enough hair to have the business of using a towel. Particularly wavy and curly hair people, I'm convinced this is worth the hype it was given, that made me hesitant to buy this in the first place; it really is leagues better than the traditional non-smooth / scruffy microfiber towels and using cotton tshirts. Plus I'm always for supporting a family-owned smaller business who deserves the support, and this company does!
